I had an amazing time at this hotel. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday - clean beaches, great food, and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were exceptional, including the aqua park, spa, and adult-only areas. I parked my car on-site with ease. The location was stunning, surrounded by green pine trees and with the option of relaxing by the lake or on the beach. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start my day.

Amazing experience! Lovely clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff who were happy to help. The food was delicious with a great range offered at each meal. The entertainment was top-notch with exceptional shows and a great selection of activities. The pools and aqua park were very enjoyable and the beach was a pleasure.

We had an amazing holiday in a beautiful location right by the beach. The room was very comfortable and clean, with modern bathrooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options. We enjoyed the water park and the various pool options for all ages. The entertainment and shows were fantastic, especially the Michael Jackson show.

Some of the guests were not very polite and their behavior could be a bit rude, which negatively affected some of the experiences at this hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious. The exclusive amenities including the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool and beach access fulfilled my every need. The live entertainment was truly delightful, coupled with the wonderful massage I received at the spa. The beauty treatment was top-notch and the staff provided excellent service throughout. Moreover, the garden area and sun terrace were well-maintained and clean.

The only minor issue I faced during my stay at this hotel was the breakfast buffet. Although it featured a wide variety of delicious options, a few items were not served hot.

The pools were fantastic with plenty of sun loungers. The food was high quality and excellent variety. The beach location was perfect and had beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were a little dated and could use some updating. The entertainment was not to our taste and could have been better.
